The stamp: one process, built from your operation

Ten unlabelled section cut bubbles in the stamp sequence, grouped above a chained dimension with the final handoff circled in red.

The stamp is AgAI Labs’ ten-stage growth process for Triangle custom home builders. It records what buyers see and how you build, then connects positioning, a website, content, video, search, attribution and selected AI support. Handoff puts the completed assets, accounts and documented controls in your hands.

The sequence stays fixed because dependencies matter. Positioning should come from the operating profile. Content should come from both. Attribution should connect the channels already in use. Handoff should be planned from the first account created, not added after the work is finished.

What does the builder own?

Ownership is an operating requirement, not a closing-day promise. Accounts are opened or retained in the builder's control, and access is documented as the system develops.

  • The domain and hosting account
  • Analytics, search and call-tracking properties
  • The CRM and its contact records
  • Google Business Profile and other public listings
  • Plan, project, community, video and content files
  • Forms, source rules, reports and operating documentation
  • Credentials and the final runbook

Leads belong to you. Your CRM and inquiry destinations remain in your accounts. AgAI Labs does not provide brokerage services or route leads to a brokerage.

What determines each engagement's schedule?

The schedule is set after the process session because account access, source material, field availability and review capacity affect the sequence. Each engagement has a defined stage boundary, but dates follow the inputs and approval path rather than an unsupported promise made before inspection.

EngagementStagesPrimary schedule dependency
Site engagement00–03, 09Profile documents, positioning review, account access and page approvals
Growth00–07, 09Site inputs plus field capture, listing access and tested lead routes

What does your team need to contribute?

The process works when the people closest to the build supply the raw material and review it promptly. We do not expect polished copy. We need the documents and conversations that show how decisions really get made.

  1. Set one accountable contact. This person gathers source files, schedules field access and consolidates review comments.
  2. Bring the working documents. A marked plan set is often more useful than a brochure. Include specifications, allowance schedules, contract language and warranty material.
  3. Explain the exceptions. Tell us where selections slip, lot questions repeat, draws become confusing or punch work creates avoidable calls.
  4. Review for operational truth. The principal and relevant team members check claims, process order and ownership before publication or automation.
  5. Approve the handoff. We verify access, file locations, reporting rules and the runbook together.

How does the process handle AI work?

AI agents can research public records, organize source material, draft pages, assemble technical components and run repeatable checks. People decide the scope and review every output. In stage 08, assistance is limited to a named bottleneck such as intake, follow-up drafts, selection tracking, weekly buyer updates or review requests. A vague request to “add AI” is not a scope.

What else should you know about the stamp?

Do we have to complete all ten stages?

You do not need all ten stages of the stamp. Site and Growth have defined stage boundaries and include Handoff; the process session sets your scope.

Can you work with our existing website and accounts?

Your existing website and accounts can stay if inspection confirms ownership, measurement and support for the agreed content. We document required changes before building.

Who writes the builder process?

AgAI Labs drafts your Operating profile from the working session and source documents. Your team checks plan review, selections, draws, closeout and warranty practice.

Will you own or resell our leads?

You own your builder leads and CRM account. AgAI Labs does not own or resell your leads and does not route them to a brokerage.

What happens if our process changes during the work?

When your process changes, we update the Operating profile first. We then identify affected pages, forms, reports and workflows for review.
