A research and build lab for Triangle custom builders

AgAI Labs is a Raleigh research and build lab for Triangle custom home builders. We combine field-aware residential experience, website and search-system work, and a reviewed fleet of AI agents. The result is practical infrastructure built from each builder's real process, with the accounts, assets and lead data left in the builder's hands.

Custom building has a translation problem. The people doing the work understand the consequences of a late selection, a vague allowance, a plan conflict and a punch list without a single owner. Buyers rarely see that operating discipline until they are already deep in the relationship. We make it visible and usable.

What experience shapes the work?

The lab draws on nearly two decades in Triangle residential real estate and new construction, plus years building websites and search systems. That combination matters because a custom-builder site is not a gallery project. It is a structured account of what happens before the lot is selected, while the plans are being resolved, through selections and draws, and after the closing list becomes warranty work.

We have researched more than 250 Triangle builders through their public pages, communities and public records. The research is not a leaderboard and does not pretend every establishment is a custom builder. It helps us understand how buyers encounter builders, what questions are answered, and where the visible story stops before the real process begins.

How does the agent fleet work?

We run a fleet of Claude and Codex AI agents that do research, writing, building and checking. They can organize source documents, compare public pages, draft from an approved operating profile, assemble site components and repeat technical reviews without getting tired of the checklist.

People set the direction and review every output. A person decides which source controls when a brochure and contract disagree. A person checks a warranty statement against the builder's actual procedure. A person determines whether a proposed intake question helps the sales team or merely adds friction. Each output returns to a person for a source check, corrections and approval before use.

Why is the lab called AgAI?

Ag is silver

Ag is the chemical symbol for silver, element 47. The name combines silver with AI, reflecting the lab’s use of agents in reviewed research and build work.

AI is part of the production method

AI supports the lab's research, drafting, building and checking. Joining the two gives AgAI Labs its name: silver plus AI, a material system paired with a modern toolset.

Who is this process built for?

It is built for Triangle custom-builder principals who care about how work moves, who can explain the reason behind a specification, and who want the public story to carry more than finished-room photography.

  • Builders who want the domain, hosting, analytics, CRM, files and lead data in their own accounts
  • Teams willing to open the plan set, allowance schedule, contract and warranty process for accurate documentation
  • Principals who want to measure how Parade traffic, job-site video, search and referrals reach the inquiry
  • Operations ready to assign people to source material, review and sign-off

Who is this process not for?

It is not for a builder seeking a quick coat of copy over an undocumented operation. It is not for a company that wants lead data held in an outside account, or one that expects software to make judgment calls about buyers, allowances or warranty responsibility. It is also not a fit when no one can review the work for operational truth.

A good engagement requires access, plain answers and a willingness to write the process down. The builder does not need perfect systems. The builder does need an accountable person who can say, “That is how we do it,” or mark the sheet when it is not.

Why work from Raleigh?

Raleigh places the lab inside the Triangle building context we study. We work across the Triangle, where infill lots, community programs, rural parcels, architectural review and buyer expectations create different questions from one town to the next. Local context helps us ask better questions on a process session and recognize when generic copy misses the actual lot or build condition.
