AgAI Labs offers four ways to apply the stamp: Site, Growth, Full stamp and Ongoing. Each engagement has a defined stage boundary and ends with builder ownership. The right scope depends on what already works, what is missing and which inputs your team can provide without pulling attention away from active builds.
A partial system creates expensive ambiguity. A polished website without positioning becomes generic. Content without an operating profile drifts away from the field. Lead tracking without source rules produces a report no one trusts. We scope a complete section of the process, then stop at a clean handoff point.
What does each engagement include?
- SiteProof kit, operating profile, positioning, owned website and handoff.
- GrowthSite plus semantic content, active-house video, search presence and lead attribution.
- Full stampAll stages, including a selected AI operations workflow and complete handoff.
- OngoingMonthly content, video and reporting after ownership has been transferred.

Ongoing begins after handoff. It maintains a defined production cadence; it does not reverse ownership or move accounts away from the builder.
How does the process session set the scope?
- Inspect the buyer path. We look at the website, search presence, contact paths and visible process claims before discussing a rebuild.
- Check the operating inputs. We identify who can provide plan sets, specifications, allowances, contracts, warranty material, community information and access to active houses.
- Find the first broken dependency. If positioning is unclear, adding content is premature. If the site is sound but calls are not attributed, earlier stages may need only verification.
- Set the review lane. The scope names the builder contact, required reviewers and approval points. Field truth is checked by the people who own it.
- Scope the complete engagement. The written scope identifies stages, inputs, review gates, ownership, schedule and the conditions discovered in the process session.
What is included in the free proof kit?
The proof kit is a one-page view of what a buyer can see online today. It checks the public path without requiring account access. The page identifies visible strengths, missing answers and places where a buyer has to guess.
- How clearly the site states what and where the builder builds
- Whether process, plans, specifications, projects, communities and warranty have useful public answers
- How the contact path behaves on a phone
- Whether search listings agree on the basic business information
- Where a next step is missing or unclear
It is evidence for a scoping conversation, not a disguised proposal. Request the free proof kit and supply the builder website. No internal files are required for stage 00.
How should a builder choose among the four?
Choose by dependency
Choose Site when the owned foundation is missing or no longer reflects the build process. Choose Growth when the foundation must also produce and attribute consistent search, video and listing activity. Choose Full stamp when a specific office bottleneck is ready for carefully reviewed AI assistance.
Choose by operating capacity
A principal in selections every afternoon may have limited time to review parallel workstreams. A builder with multiple active houses may be ready for a monthly capture route. Scope should match the team available to provide source material, open job sites and approve the work.
What else should you know about your engagement?
Can we begin with Site and add later stages?
You can add stages after a Site engagement. Site includes a documented Handoff; later work verifies that foundation before adding content, video, search or attribution.
Why is the engagement scoped after the session?
Your engagement is scoped after the process session because source material, account access and review needs vary. The session establishes those conditions before a proposal.
Does Ongoing include every stage each month?
Ongoing covers agreed content, video and reporting after Handoff. It does not repeat every stage monthly; the working sheet specifies deliverables and review dates.
Can our staff handle part of the work?
Your staff can handle agreed capture, drafting, publishing or reporting tasks. The engagement scope records each responsibility and review point.
Do we have to replace our current systems?
Your existing systems can stay when they support the agreed process. We check ownership, access and handoff requirements before proposing replacement tools.
